Great servive. Sam did a great job.

This company had installed our new HVAC, so we are not new customers but we will not be using them again. They came in on a Monday, due to my AC not working. The employee stated they would need to come back to locate a leak and i would get a call back to schedule the follow up. Tuesday i called back, since they never did, and got no answer. Wednesday i called multiple times and left a voicemail, and still not response. Same thing on Thursday and Friday. The following week my wife called (from a different number) and was finally able to get somebody on the phone and they scheduled the appointment. They never showed up...Not sure if the issue was because something they messed up on their original installation or they don't care for recurring customers. Had another company take care of everything in a matter of days,
