Our air died in the middle of the night on July 3rd and it was expected to be 100 on July 4th. Call Dad made booking an appointment easy and someone was out within 3 hours. Fixed the issue! Thank you Emerson for helping us cool off this 4th of July! Also their membership is well worth the $20 a month to have your hvac inspection 2x a year and plumbing 1x. Truly it was like calling my dad (who had passed). Kind, smart, empathetic and the best dad jokes.

John is a first class service technician. Very detailed in doing his job. Actively looks to ensure our system works to its best ability. A/c works hard during the spring, summer and fall. The heat back works hard during the winter. While John was diligent in looking for any repairs needed, he also performs inspections during scheduled maintenance to maximize the life of our units. Call Dad is lucky to have John and proved the Call Dad Brand is the best in tge business. I highly recommend their maintenance program, which includes 2 scheduled check ups a year!.

Call Dad is definitely a reputable company. We have a maintenance plan that allows 2 visits per year. They check the heating and cooling units and tune up for the season. Emerson was our tech and he was fabulous! Explained all we needed to know. Great company!

I was told the service call would be 89.00 My unit is one year old and under warranty. I didn't want to void my warranty by messing with things. My capacitor is blown. 20.00 part 3 wires. After an awesome tech agreed that it was a simple capacitor fix he told me the part would be free due to warranty and the labor is a flat rate of 350. Plus 89 bucks for coming. BUT: if i sign up for a monthly charge of some figure above 20 dollars a month they would wave the 89 and give me 15% off labor. I hope this reaches everyone who wishes they had a dad to call. This ain't him. Beware.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent quote request for relocating our outdoor HVAC units. The technician who visited our property quoted between $7k-$10k, claiming the job was too complex and suggesting it would be cheaper to replace the units. Given that our units are only 5 yrs old and all other local estimates we received ranged between $3k-$4k, this quote was unreasonable. Furthermore, the technician’s arrogant demeanor was very disappointing. If your company was simply uninterested in taking on this job, a direct refusal would have been preferable to an inflated estimate. Due to this experience, we will not be using your services now or in the future.

I called DaD.com because they had such good reviews. I had an entire HVAC system put in. After 30 days I still DO NOT have a working system and cannot get anyone to call me back. Im now to the point that my local electric company has to come out and re-do our lines as Dad.com cut the entire main line from our house. We are on week 5 and still nothing and no one calls you back. I WILL NEVET EVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Im so devastated as I thought this was a good company. I will never call them again. As no one and I mean no one will call you back. And no one wants to talk to you. I spent 20 thousand dollars on nothing and have to pay a loan for it. So thank you for nothing.
