Bradham Brothers did a fantastic job of assessing my needs for the initial installation of two high efficiency HVAC units. They have performed the bi-annual maintenance inspections. On Sunday, one unit was not operating, but they responded within 2 hours and found a simple problem and resolved it. (Because I am on Pete’s Plan, there was no premium pricing for their Sunday visit). I highly recommend them.

Mike, Chris, Noah & Travis worked well as a team, arriving on time and doing excellent removal of the old units and installing the new ones. There was no waste of time and everything worked well when they were finished. I greatly appreciated the way they cleaned up and left my property. I always receive excellent service from Bradham Bros. and today was no exception. The technician (Brent) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Today was particularly difficult as the diagnosis of the problem with the Heat/Air Unit was not easy to pinpoint and took quite a bit of time an effort. Brent stayed with it, providing updates and a resolution, completing the repairs by late afternoon. I recommend Bradham highly for all Heat/Air/Electrical needs .

I contacted three HVAC contractors to get a quote on replacing a 24 year old furnace. Two of them provided an actual quote. The third vendor did not provide a quote. I chose the vendor with the higher cost because their representative, named Joshua, was the most informative individual regarding the subject of replacing a heating system that I’ve ever encountered. He did an excellent job, defining to me the issues with the present system and solutions that the new system would provide with some additional adjustments that he suggested to improve heating going forward. The Trane solution we decided on provides transferable warranty and warranted replacement parts without questions or delay. Joshua was extremely passionate about providing clarification and providing a flawless installation.
