I lined up 8 interviews 4 big companies and 4 smaller companies; I went through 3 big co. and 3 small co. On the 6th one I stopped and hired Carlos the owner and operator of Air Conditioning Alliance. He didn't pressure me like a couple of others did. He was respectful, explained everything, and gave me a good price for good quality units. I’ve been using them for over a month. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work; I love my new air conditioning.

Ethan is awesome. He came on time and replaced my blower motor. Very professional and knowledgeable about the system. I had other HVAC service that have me wait for a week to order motor and reschedule to replace blower. I can’t wait that many days especially in Texas heat. Ethan went to get the motor from the store himself and replaced it same day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

102 degrees outside and my wife and I were wondering why we were sweating indoors. Noticed the outside unit was not working. After calling our primary service provider and being told it would be several days, I started searching. Carlos answered the phone and left his comfortable home to come assist us in the heat of the day on a late Saturday afternoon. This year I finally decided it was time to install a mini split in my garage, which also doubles as my shop space. Going through fittings and inventory in the Texas summer heat is no fun! I installed the mini split myself and called these guys to handle the professional startup. Ethan and Carlos came out promptly and were great to work with. Ethan took the time to look over my installation, respectfully pointed out a few concerns and recommended some small changes that could help with the longevity of the system. They pressure-tested everything with nitrogen, pulled a proper vacuum on the line set, completed the startup, and made sure everything was operating correctly before they left. The mini split is working great, and I really appreciate Ethan and Carlos getting out so quickly and taking the time to do everything right. Great service and highly recommended!
