Absolutely top tier, Lonnie showed up at my house about 30 minutes after I called, on a Friday afternoon, amazingly nice, fixed my unit, explained everything, gave advice on annual maintenance, explained, and showed me how to do it. Absolutely recommend 100% if you need A/C service in the area.

If you need to replace your HVAC system, call Air Degree. Lonnie installed a new HVAC that was thousands of dollars lower than the competition without skimping on quality. The installation was seamless, he explained the new system and made sure that it was the right system for me. He spent several hours getting our old system working until they could install the new system, and didnt even charge for the time to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for the new system. Lonnie and his team worked their butts off to make sure it was installed fast so we didnt suffer through the night without AC. He came back to make sure that everything was running right, seal the vents, check the drip system, and even changed out the thermostat to make it work even better. The warranty will solve my problem for years to come and my house hasnt been this comfortable in years. We even added a new room in the garage, (the garage is always too hot or cold) and the new system even keeps that room cold with the vent closed. I think the results speak for themselves: I waited until I got my electric bill before I wrote this review so I could see if there was a difference, and there is a SERIOUS difference. My monthly electric bill is already about $75–$100 lower than it was last couple of years for June. It’s rare to find an owner like Lonnie who runs such an honest business that saves you money both upfront and on your monthly electric and gas bill.

I cannot recommend Air Degree highly enough. We were stuck with a non-functioning, poorly designed system for nearly two years. Air Degree stepped in, designed a new approach for our home from scratch, and guided us through the professional and logistical steps to fix the situation correctly. They installed a new package unit for us, and the quality of work is incredible. I cant say enough about how excellent this company is. Had several other big name companies come out and they couldn't diagnose the issue or tried selling me a new unit and then Air Degree came out. They quickly diagnosed the issue, helped with getting the warranty information and replaced the damaged parts. Don't waste your time with other companies call Air Degree first. Called them and they jumped right on it. My old unit was like a surgery procedure to get out. My exterior unit would not turn on. Sam came out same day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. Didn't try to upsell me and answered every question I had about my unit, even though I'm sure I was a little annoying. I have no complaints. You'd be hard pressed to find a more professional, honest, and trustworthy technician around Huntsville, and I'm sure the same can be said about the rest of his crew.

Lonnie and crew are the best. They are focused on fixing the problem rather than selling you a new system. My heat recently went out and I expected a sales pitch for a new system since mine is pretty old. They were able to get it running with just a couple of small repairs and saved me literally thousands of dollars. He went through thoroughly troubleshooting and figured out exactly why it wasn’t working. It was tricky because there were 2 problems but he found them and fixed them rather than just trying to sell me parts or even a whole new system. There is no one else I will ever call or recommend again.
