Our A/C stopped cooling, so I called them for help. The staff was unbelievably friendly and even recommended a few quick tips to help troubleshoot the issueâespecially appreciated on these hot, miserable days! Unlike many companies these days that seem eager to charge you for an easy fix, they genuinely tried to help. They sent a technician out immediately, and within an hour, he had replaced the necessary parts and had our A/C blowing cold again. Excellent customer service, incredibly quick response, and honest people. I highly recommend them!

Our inside temp was 81 when we finally made the call today, on a Friday around 140 in the afternoon. We did not expect that they would be able to come out, but hoped! Not only did they come out within 30 minutes, Brad diagnosed the problem. Had the part on the truck and had us up and rolling within 2 hours!! Exceptional service, super friendly and very affordable! Thanks so much to Brad and the Batey team!

I looked for some one to fix my A/C on a Friday morning earliest was Monday, they told me due to heavy work load, but they called me on Sunday that there was a opening and installed the part Monday , they took out time and didnât extra charge me for weekend service , Very professional quick and efficient. Thanks I can highly recommend this business. Especially since we purchased the house 1 week ago.
