Chris Leigh did a fantastic job. He kept me informed as to when he was coming and then when he got here, he did his job in a friendly and efficient manner, explaining exactly what he was doing. When my thermostat called for cooling, my compressor and condenser fan would come on but sometimes (about 1 time in 10), my HVAC’ blower fan was not coming on. Chris changed the blower motor capacitor, and tested the motor for amp draw. Chris believed the culprit was probably the blower delay module but had to order that part. Chris came back, after obtaining the module, and installed it. Works great! As a bonus, Chris explained to me what I could do, as a home owner, to maintain my system properly. Chris explained what I should expect as far as performance and longevity out of my unit. I can’t ask for anything more.

We ultimately had a very good experience with Corbin’s, mostly because of Anthony and Dustin. My elderly mom was dealing with a persistent leak and a series of related plumbing/water heater issues, and Anthony deserves particular commendation. He made her feel safe, explained what he was doing without alarming her, and was genuinely a joy to work with. As the repairs became more involved, Dustin was terrific as well. My mom loved working with both of them, and everyone else we dealt with was helpful, professional, and committed to actually finding the source of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. And, importantly, they did. We ended up with great water pressure, reliable hot water, and they ultimately identified and repaired a slow leak that had been causing a range of problems—including solving the mystery of a runaway water bill. My one significant criticism is the owner, Mr. Corbin. He gave my mom WAY too much information in a way that unnecessarily frightened her, and when I specifically asked him to dial that back because he was freaking her out, he unfortunately wasn’t very receptive to the feedback and continued making her MORE anxious. Mr. Corbin could benefit enormously from learning to say less, listen more, and communicate in a less abrasive way. So: FIVE STARS for the work, Anthony, Dustin, and the rest of the team did. But ZERO STARS for the owner’s bedside manner. We absolutely appreciate the persistence the Corbin’s team showed in getting to the bottom of everything. I would recommend them, but warn you not to let Mr. Corbin drone on. If you have the option, ask for Anthony & Dustin.

Air Conditioning went out in my Airbnb while we had guests on a very hot and humid June day. The guest were away for the day and when they returned it was a sauna in there. I called Corbin’s on Saturday around 8:30 pm and they had a tech there very fast to diagnose and then fix the HVAC unit. Thanks so much for the quick response and excellent work by Chris Leigh!!
