I called because my daughter's bedroom didn't seem to feel as cool as the rest of my home. They sent out JW, he was professional and even showed up early. The problem was solved within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this company 👌. He was so helpful that he even helped us look for our house cat when we thought she ran outside 🐈 😻. She was found curled up on the living room floor near the couch😀. JW made this a pleasant experience.

The builders of my home used MC to put the system in...I had MC for nine years. Early this month they came out because system was not getting cold. He came out did some work outside. I asked if he needed to go in the attic to check the system. He said no. Two days later, still not cooling. I called another company to get another opinion. They go into the attic and said the system was frozen. Now it is costing us over 5 grand to get fixed. Had MC checked the attic he would of caught the problem right away. The guy was not thorough. I am very disappointed and will not recommend MC to anyone.

I found your technician very thorough and well informed!! What I disapprove of is why a tech would tell a woman just anything true or not and expect them to be so stupid as to believe them. I was an engineer at the Chrysler plant and for 36 years I was a customer engineer at Intergraph. Why would I ever believe a tech who told me the air returns were in the ceiling because the house was on a slab??? How stupid would I need to believe that when Ive owned 3 slab houses with air returns in the lower walls. That lie caused me to distrust everything else he told me. The Bible says in Genesis don’t lie. What has happened to the integrity of the current generation??? GIVE ME A BREAK!!! The air returns are in the ceiling because DSLD saved a few $$$! I didn’t pay. This was a humidity check. Dsld paid:; at least I hope you get paid!!!
