We have been Air Care Systems customer for years. They are very responsive, they have repaired our HVAC system when other Companies have said it was unrepairable. Cody, Jessey and the entire team are honest and truly CARE and it shows. In this day/age not many Companies I can count on but Air Care is definitely the best at what they do! Lee

Even though we did not have an emergency, Air Care Systems responded the same day. The technician, Jessey, was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He performed the work that was needed and did not try to sell us any other services or products. This was much appreciated given our experiences recently with other HVAC contractors. We will certainly use them again.

We’ve used Air Care for about 6 years on our home and our rental property. They’ve done everything from entire heat pump replacements to simple fixes. They’re always on time, professional, and they never charge for things you don’t need. Today I woke up to our home not cooling, Jessey came out and fixed us up in less than 2 hours from the time I called to the time he left for $200. I cannot recommend Air Care enough, it’s so hard to find honest & knowledgeable pros, these guys go above and beyond every time.

Super happy with this company! I called just before 5 pm and unit was repaired by 11 am next morning. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I was also given guidance over the phone to make sure I didn’t damage my compressor before the repair was made. Highly recommend Air Care Systems!

AC went out twice in less than a year. Both times this company came out and serviced it, and both times they said the refrigerant was low and they had to refill it (which should not be an issue given the age of the system and the fact that they supposedly refilled it and fixed a leak the first time). When the AC went out AGAIN one month after they serviced it a second time, I called a different company who fixed the issue in less than an hour for $200 less than what Aircare Systems charged. Essentially, it seemed like I was scammed.

To the fella that was on a job Wednesday 8-11-21 in athens al on the square, whose truck was blocking the exit from limestone drug.. I absolutely did not appreciate your attitude. For you to act like like a complete jerk because I was bringing it to your attention that there was a line accumulated and we are not able to back up.. was uncalled for and unprofessional! You could have kindly stated that you needed a moment to finish up or make it safe where you could stop or anything else instead of talking to me the way that you did. If I ever need my air system worked on in the future, your company would not get my business. Edit to add* I spoke with the manager. He was very kind and apologized for the technicians behavior. He also told me that he spoke with his employee about this complaint. I feel this matter was handled appropriately. I appreciate the timely response!

I was so impressed at how quickly they made things happen, which is very important when your AC goes out in July. They were courteous and professional but I do have a family member that does HVAC. After looking at the estimate, they told me that ACS had gotten me the BEST PRICE POSSIBLE. I know I'll be referring friends and family and will feel good about it.
