• Our technician, Dalton provided excellent and expert maintenance service for our HVAC systems. He is very knowledgeable, and friendly while providing an excellent tune-up for the coming winter season.

• AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They do NOT stand behind their products, workmanship or warranty. Shoddy work throughout our entire complex. All homeowners in the development have been notified of the issue that we experienced so they are about to get 40+ calls! UPDATE: We spoke to their customer service manager after the owner, Thomas responded to our review on 8/24. She offered to send out a tech to look at the mess and stated she would waive the $150 service charge. 8/25 9:15 AM The tech arrived and climbed up into the attic with my husband. Long story short: They tried to charge the $150 service fee as "he didn't see it on his info" then suddenly found the info. Went to call his boss and took far too long. Bottom line: 1. Replace the SAME way for $900 which would fail again after 18 months or 2. Replace the way my husband suggested for $1500. We told them to get lost! UPDATE: Their shoddy workmanship and inferior tubing has caused $9500 in ceiling damage. Our neighbors are experiencing the exact issue that so maybe a class action??
