Outstanding job. A1 quickly responded to my call that day. They were able to find the issue as well as small issues not related to the problem and fixed them. Very proactive and explained what they did as well as how they resolved the issues. Very reasonably priced as well. Did not price gouge like a lot of A/C repair companies do around this area. I will use them from now on.

These guys have been my Go-To for over 5 years / 2 repairs now. Haven't let me down. Unlike many places in the HSV area, they value their customers time and limits- opting for repair when repair is needed and replace only when necessary. Techs they send are always friendly and kind. They answer the phone and your needs promptly and address anything that needs addressing. Would and do recommend.

I can't imagine anyone else in town is as responsive as A1. They're so fast, know what they're doing, so helpful, couldn't be nicer. We have used them for years now and won't be using anyone else any time soon. They saved us from totally melting after our air died out this summer. Everyone should use them!

If I were able to leave TEN stars that's what I would do! These guys are so efficient, honest, friendly, and professional. Calling in the late afternoon the day before July 4th is a scary request. Regan was here within the hour and there are not enough words to express how awesome he is and how great he is at his job.

Most of the other companies ALWAYS try to upsell you. Trying to sell you parts and services you don't need. But A1 was different. They came and performed just the services I asked for. Nothing more. And I think they did a great job because all my units are operating effectively. I would definitely recommend Ragan and his team.

A1 Climate Control is THE BEST in town. Look no further. Hire them immediately! Now, story time: We bought our house in November knowing that the HVAC was old and the condensation pump needed to be replaced. Our realtor referred us to Ragan at A1, and after comparing prices with other companies, we went with A1 for this initial service and thought they were great. Cut to a few months later, our furnace started acting up, as old furnaces do. Ragan and his guys spent hours inside our creepy crawl space doing repairs and fixing things that were installed incorrectly by someone else. When they ultimately determined that the furnace couldn’t be saved, Ragan spent a long time talking through replacement options with me and was extremely fair with his prices. When we decided to try to utilize our home warranty to help with the cost, Ragan went the extra mile to help us submit the claim and talk to the warranty company on our behalf until they agreed to do a small reimbursement. We wouldn’t have gotten anything from them without Ragan’s help. Finally, today, A1 installed a new furnace and heat pump at our house… and while they were there, they noticed a serious plumbing issue that we wouldn’t have known about if Ragan hadn’t sent me photos! They saved our home from what could have become a much worse issue. Ragan and his team truly cared about us and our home, and they had our backs when we needed it. I’ll say it again, they’re the best in town. Hire them.

I just got to our clubhouse expecting to be dealing with a hot building, but apparently these guys work much faster than I ever would have expected. My boss man said their team was able to come right in and do all of the repairs without any issues. ...but I saw the issues before hand and I'm looking at the spotless work right now. The wires had to be a nightmare to deal with, the mess everywhere definitely took time to clean and the fact they switched out the ancient thermostat has me taking the time to post a review. I appreciate the attention to deal and I hate that you had to deal with such a hectic unit. I personally do construction work and I know a thing or two about what good and bad work looks like. When I see something get overhauled, it's not hard for me to see who is passionate about their craft and who isn't. Great work obviously done by professionals. Hats off to y'all 😎👍
