I called because I needed help trying to get help fixing a problem that another HVAC company created. Mr. Kenneth took the time to talk to me like his own daughter. He walked me through all my next steps and was incredibly generous with his time. He even asked me to call and update him when all was over. He never once tried to sell me a service. He just cared about doing the right thing and being kind. When the time comes (and we all know it does when you own a home), I will go to Mr. Kenneth every single time.

I had an issue with one unit that's fan ran continously and another unit that wasn't keeping up. So I called a few HVAC companies and ended up going with Dynamic Air Climate solutions, and I am glad I did. Kenneth came out the next day. He only charged me one diagnostic fee instead of two like some of the other companies were going to do. He explained everything to me: what he thought the issue could be, what he was going to do to test it, how he came to the conclusion of what the issue was. Kenneth spent time TEACHING me how to read the gauges and tell if the refrigerant was low. He was awesome and I could not have had a better experience. I saved his number and will definitely use him again

I originally hired a different company to install my new tankless water heater, including the gas and electric lines, because they were a little cheaper. Things didn’t go well, so I called Kenneth to come out. He was a bit more expensive, but he actually does things the right way. He even fixed a few issues that weren’t on his job list (including fixing my radon fan). This dude goes above and beyond. His little dog that works alongside him is the cutest, and August even has a company work shirt. I really can’t say enough good things about Kenneth. Just go hire him if you want someone to actually look out for you and the long term functioning of your house.

Kenneth and his dad did an amazing job. This was a no cooking issue, house was 85 degrees in 95 deg Alabama heat. Not only were they able to come late in the day after business hours, with heavy interstate traffic, but they had my HVAC fixed in less than 20 minutes. A major component replacement! This is after one of the big HVAC companies came out and couldn’t fix the problem, they said it would take a week to get the part in. Kenneth had it the same day. The best part was August Kenneth’s little pup, the official Dynamic ACS mascot, comes on every job with them in her company work shirt. My kids loved her.

Kenneth with Dynamic Air was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company of this sort. He was professional, honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. I recently had another company come to diagnose a problem with my A/C. They charged high fees and ultimately told me I needed to replace some very expensive parts and that I should purchase a new unit. This is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with many. Kenneth is very detail oriented and listened to our issues. He went step by step to get our unit running properly. He found that the previous contractor had put too much refrigerant in my unit and got it working to the proper level. Kenneth is very trustworthy and takes pride in his work. He will try and fix the issue, instead of trying to sell you something like 99% of contractors out there, that are also not knowledgeable enough to be making service calls.

Great job by the owner Kenneth. He was very accommodating with coming out to help me so quickly with my air situation that turn out to just be a thermostat replacement. My home had gotten really cold but the next day he came out my heat was replaced instantaneously.
