We recently had Air Tech install a new combi boiler for us and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with, from the office staff to the person who came out to quote the job and the guys who did the installation, was friendly, helpful and professional. The installation went really well and we’re very happy with the new boiler. Great service all around and we would definitely recommend Air Tech.

David was very good, showed me how to operate a new remote for the fireplace. Tuned up the furnace. Looked at the AC unit, found that we have some cleaning issues that needs to be done this spring before the warm weather arrives. All in one shop, signed up for yearly maintenance for Furnace and Firplace.

I’ve been using air tech for over a year now, for both residential and commercial They have been nothing but excellent,, the service is above and beyond, always early just like the job they never leave till it’s done the staff from the office for the guys on site. Hired AirTech for a full house of things. We needed our A/C & furnace serviced, and a natural gas line checked as we have never had our system inspected. Couldn’t be more than happy with this company. From the phone call to the technician coming, they were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and priced accordingly. I was also very thrilled to find out they’re a locally owned and operated company, with a family right here in west Kelowna. Very impressive service. We will for sure be using them again!

I had Air Tech install a new furnace and heat pump in April. They had great reviews and quoted me the best price. The installation was done well in 2 days, service staff and front desk were both excellent. It was important to me that they assist with the rebate application and they did. In the end there was a minor glitch in the paperwork to Fortis but they handled this for me and again provided excellent service in fixing a simple mistake. Good people, good work.

Review for Air-Tech West Kelowna I recently hired Air-Tech West Kelowna to service the air conditioning system at my rental property. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons. The technician arrived an hour late for the scheduled appointment. While he was able to resolve a connection issue between the VIVE and Honeywell thermostat, the main reason for the service call was to ensure the A/C was blowing cool air—which it still is not. The visit lasted approximately two hours, and I was charged $433, which feels excessive given that the core issue remains unresolved. The technician noted that the system may be low on Freon and said he would need to return to perform further checks. I was left wondering why the Freon pressure wasn’t checked during this initial visit, especially since this is a basic and expected part of diagnosing A/C issues. It typically takes only a few minutes and could have helped move the resolution forward. As a result of the ongoing issue and lack of resolution, my tenants—who were already experiencing discomfort during a heat wave—have decided to move out. I expected a more thorough and solution-oriented approach, especially given the cost of the service. I hope Air-Tech will take this feedback into account to improve their response and service efficiency in the future.
