• Well with an aging home it was inevitable that the Furnace A/C would take its last breath and ours did… We called Trufinity and they sent Darcy over to go over the issues and provide recommendations. • My experience with TruFinity has been exceptional from the very beginning, their customer service is truly awesome. Our AC decided to break down while we were in the hospital having our first child, our house was 29 degrees when we got home on Friday at 3PM. I called 2 other HVAC companies before TruFinity and they did not pick up the phone. TF had a technician at my house by 5 o'clock to diagnose the problem. Our technician Darcy was very friendly and carefully explained the issue and options to me. He stayed for over an hour and a half to diagnose the problem and put together some quotes which I very much appreciated, he was very cognizant that we had a newborn in the house and needed a solution asap. Their customer service department was in touch shortly with an install date and responded to my questions very promptly, they were very easy to talk with, through text or phone calls. Our installers, George and Jesse were very friendly, they worked extra hours on Friday to make sure the install was done early Saturday. They answered all my questions and did a top notch job in a tight space, the install looks great. My hot water tank is nearing the end of it's days and TF will absolutely be my first call for quotes when it needs replacement based on the great customer service they have provided!

• For years we procrastinated to have our Poly-B water lines replaced because of the anticipated mess and hassle factor, but now we are so happy we went with TruFinity to get it done and over with. Working with them has been great from start to finish. Their quote came in fair and stayed firm, unlike other companies that gave us "quotes" but wanted wiggle room for "unexpected" costs. We also liked the fact that TruFinity warrants their work for years to come, again unlike other quotes that warrant their work for one year only (what is up with that?). TruFinity scheduled us in in timely fashion and kept us informed throughout the process. The technicians who did the work, Julian and River, were fantastic and have been a pleasure to have around. They were always on time, professional, efficient, and courteous. While they had to cut away at our ceilings and walls, as is to be expected when replacing plumbing lines, they always cleaned up and left their work areas spotless after each of the four days they were here. They also finished on schedule. TruFinity also set us up with a company who will do the drywall repairs. Thank you so much for a job well done!
