• With the cooler weather of September, our furnace wasn’t switching over to heat. I called Kerry and he was great. Fit us in as his last stop Friday afternoon. He spent a few minutes diagnosing the fault in the furnace. Turns out that sparrows had nested deep into the air intake pipe, and nested there. Unfortunately the babies navigated down into the furnace and got caught in the inducer fan which was off through summer. He cleaned it out, made sure the intake pipe from outside was clear, and instructed how we could install the proper screen to stop it from happening again. Very reasonable price for his work. Great guy. Would recommend over and over. 10/10 thanks Kerry!

• We've had Kerry out for two separate issues now...first an AC issue in the spring. He was able to quickly troubshoot the problem, and order a replacement part under warranty which was received and installed quickly. • Had our Furnance go down during our -10 winter day/nights. Called Kerry to see if I could make an appointment for him to look at our furnace... 20 minutes later he was at our place taking our furnace apart. He found the issue quickly, and was able to fix the problem getting us our heat back. Kerry was professional, and explained the issues to me in a way that an "unhandy man" such as myself could understand. Our furnace use to" throw" alot of heat/felt very warm to touch as you walked by it.... it also made a large "banging" sound when starting or turning off. Now is extremely quiet.... I barely notice when it turns on, and the front of the furnace is cool to the touch not throwing off the heat it use to. I would 100% recommend Kerry for any issues you may have..... and I will not hesitate to call or recommend him in any situation. • I cannot speak highly enough about the knowledge and skill level of this company. I had a thermostat die, replaced the batteries and reprogrammed it and nothing would kick on. Crowd sourced the problem to multiple contractor groups on facebook and KerryAir was THE ONLY company to recognize that when I reattached the thermostat without first cutting the power to the furnace that I likely blew a tiny fuse in the furnace itself. And after opening it up and hunting through the nest of wires that’s exactly what I found. Don’t waste your time with anyone else when KerryAir can get to the heart of the matter immediately.
