An absolutely top notch group here that can help with all your HVAC needs. We called Air Unlimited for an appointment after finding out our AC wasn't working after the latest round of storms. Sal was out within a few hours and quickly diagnosed it to a burnt up compressor. After going over options and selecting a new system, he had portable units delivered to the house for us to manage for a few days while the replacement system came in. A few days later, Blake, Wyatt, and Nick did a stellar install! An overall great experience during a normal but unfortunate situation. Thank you again.

We had an excellent experience with Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling. It started with a noisy fan on our a/c unit. The repairs required a new fan motor. In the process, we inquired about a replacement unit as ours was 15 years old. We talked with another company, but returned to Air Unlimited for a new furnace and a/c. The two techs we met before the decision was made were both knowledgeable, straightforward, and experienced. The decision we made was to purchase an Amana heat pump system with very high ratings. Air Unlimited deducted the amount we paid on the fan replacement, which we felt was most generous. Three techs arrived on the designated date to remove the old unit and install the new system. They worked steadily and completed the job in a very timely manner. They cleaned up, explained the new system and promised to be responsive if we need them again in the future. I believe they will. We are very happy with Air Unlimited.

We scheduled HVAC service with Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling on one of our AC units that had failed. One of their technicians, Blake Miller, came to our home and did an exemplary job of explaining our options before completing the service repair. Prior to Air Unlimited coming, we had another local vendor evaluate our service options and provide an estimate, which was more than double Air Unlimited's price. Blake completed the repair, signed us up for their annual service contract and saved us over $1200 as compared to the other local vendor who had originally installed our multi-zoned HVAC system when we built our home. The technician was very nice, professional, and fast. I called and they were able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated. The work was completed quickly and I have no complaints about the technician or the service itself. My only concern was the pricing. I was charged $444 for one run capacitor and $240 for another, for a total of $684 for two capacitors. After looking into typical capacitor and replacement costs, I felt the price was quite high. Overall, great technician and very responsive service, but the pricing is the reason I can't give a full 5 stars.
