  • After getting my information, a technician (Eric) called me back within 10 min. He asked me some questions. Let me know I would get a call in the morning for a time slot. He was even nice enough to contact me same day, evening saying it supposed to cool off, to open windows & turn fans on. It’s a great feeling to have someone go the extra step to advise you of ways to help, until they can get to you. He came out the next afternoon & I’m No longer sitting in a hot house
