  • Service was good, technician was professional and knowledgeable. Not sure why I'm charged for a service call @ $69.00 and then charged for the labor @ $603.00 when the repair only takes 20- minutes and how do you make a repair if you don't don't make the service call. I knew going into this what it was going to cost me..... In short, cost all the way around is very high for replacement of a part under warranty. The fact my machine is under warranty is why I didn't repair it myself. Anyway, nothing wrong with their service or professionalism, just expensive to deal with them. All these companies give shock pricing to entice people into signing maintenance contracts. Chances are, it's built into the cost to get people to sign. I did because it didn't make any sense not to because the sum is the same. Pay more upfront or get a maintenance contract and pay the same amount over a year.

  • Absolutely Yes!!! I'm 62 years old. I had two other guys come out to look at our system. They were both trying to pressure me into replacing the whole system RIGHT NOW. Today, Chris came out to take a look. He looked at what's working and at what's not working. All the way through, he explained what the different parts are and how they work together. He was not condescending, he just answered my questions. After all is said and done, I want to say how freakin' friendly he is!! He understood our situation, gave us a lot of options, and was great about understanding that I want to take time to talk to my husband. So YES!! B&B is better than everybody else. - M
