I recently had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. It was 26 years old. While performing the preventative maintenance, it was discovered that there was rust in the interior of the furnace that was progressively getting worse. The service tech asked if I wanted a salesperson to contact me. I said yes and when he called the office, Stan Calvert was available within the hour. Stan explained all the options and pricing with no pressure. The system was installed five days later. Francis, Jermaine, and Jerry were so friendly and professional. They didn't mind that I hung out with them while they did the installation. I asked questions along the process. They explained everything without talking down to me (which I appreciated). They had everything installed and completely cleaned up about 8 hours. I am extremely happy with everything: the sales, the service, the installation, the price!! I would definitely recommend Classic Aire to anyone.

Ripoff. To do a simple charge of refrigerant they wanted $300+ per pound with no fractional weights, 2 oz over they charge you for the bext pound. Then they wanted to send someone out to quote a complete new system. Sent the guy packing and bought a tank of Freon for $224 for 30 lbs, did it myself and have 28 lbs leftover!

Sam was very knowledgeable and very efficiently when he serviced my A/C units. Editing my review based on the last visit for my (ANNUAL)a/c check up on August 12,2026. Tech came to my home & asked me why he was there! He stated he didn't know if he was there for a service repair or something else. As I said earlier this was my routine annual inspection which was already scheduled (not a last minute call). I showed the technician where my unit was located & informed him that zi would be leaving for an appointment but that my wife was home & he could let her know when he was finished. When the technician completed his inspection he just left & without notifying my wife or discussing the results! Furthermore he left my front door unlocked! Totally unacceptable since he was in my basement & not just working on the outside! After a few days I called the office & complained that the technician didn't advise my wife or me of the results of the inspection. The office person reviewed the techs notes & said I'm telling you the results now! Wow how rude to an ANNUAL inspection service customer! She also never addressed or apologized after I told her their technician just left the home without notifying anyone he was leaving & left the front door unlocked! I guess this company has so big they have forgotten about reasonable & decent customer service. Maybe it's time to find another HVAC company since the business is obviously taken for granted and not appreciated!

My wife and I have been customers of Classic Aire Care Inc. for many years, and we truly value high-quality work. Classic Aire Care has consistently delivered just that. Recently, the furnace at our son’s condo went out on a Sunday. We called Classic Aire Care, and they promptly sent out Vince. Vince is a kind, calm professional who clearly takes pride in his work. He quickly diagnosed the issue—our intake blower motor had a bearing that was failing. Although he was able to get it running temporarily, he explained that it would seize again and immediately ordered a replacement. By Monday, Vince had the new motor installed efficiently and correctly. Everything has been running perfectly since, and with winter approaching, we couldn’t be more grateful for the timely and skilled service. Thank you, Vince, and thank you to everyone at Classic Aire Care Inc. You truly are the best in the business!

Second Review: Over $1,000 later, and I still have no air. I essentially paid more than $1,000 and ended up exactly where I started. The technician was nice, but I wish the company had been upfront that I could spend this much money without actually getting the problem repaired. Had I known that beforehand, I would have made a different choice. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the amount of money spent with absolutely no resolution.
