What an incredibly helpful and kind business! I was working on project in KC in a building with no AC. Our portable ACs were not working well either, so I called to ask for some advice. Not only did I get fantastic advice, but one of the techs, Lucas, FaceTimed with me to fully see the issue and make the best suggestions he could. His suggestions worked well and helped the rooms we were in cool down much more effectively. He also followed up a couple days late to see how it worked out. I highly recommend using them to see for yourself the knowledge and going-the -extra-mile of this company.

We had some split systems installed in a commercial kitchen. We were only shut down for one day. Our biggest concern was getting back up and operating for the next day. The crew came in and very efficiently removed old system and installed new. What was REALLY impressive was the clean up after the job was done. We went in after they were done and it passed the wife test. The next day it passed THE employee test and even got a " Those guys were awsome" . I would have to agree.

Wonderful and timely customer service. Lucas, the install manager, just happened to be in the office when I called in a pinch. He offered to come out as their service teams were very busy. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. He repaired parts in my unit, washed both units out, and installed a new thermostat all at a fair price.
