My furnace went out on Christmas morning. They were one of only a few local businesses that were open. I called them because another company had come out and said it was a control board but they didn’t have one and the distribution center wasn’t open. I started calling other companies looking for the part. Arctic Air worked with me via phone calls and texts throughout the day looking to understand my issue and get more information. He arrived and said he wanted to diagnose it himself. Sure enough, it was another part that needed replacing, a much much cheaper part. He had the part with him, swapped it out, tested and on his way in about 30 mins. Gave me enough time to get back to the family on Christmas day.

The technician, Cody, called to let me know when he would arrive and he arrived right on time. He performed a tuneup on the furnace and, without me asking, he reattached a cord to the light in the furnace room, which had broken and neither one of us had been able to reach it. So, he went above and beyond our expectations and we really appreciated his kindness. We then discussed setting up a maintenance plan, which we did, and he informed me that today’s tuneup was on the house. I was very pleased. I highly recommend Arctic air And Heating.
