Mike helped me over a few days (including a holiday) to fix an issue with my AC unit. I had a different company diagose the issue and they stated that I needed a completely new system due to a crack in the evaporator coil pan. I decided to get a second opinion and Mike confirmed the system was in good shape and the evaporator coil was just frozen and the AC just needed more freon (after the a coil thawed out).
