• Called on a tuesday to book a tech on friday afternoon from 4-7. Around 5:30 I called to confirm a tech was coming, they said they would page the tech and should expect a call... never got one. Called AFTER 7 and got the same reply and to expect a call. Never got one...

• I called Aire one at 7:45 p.m on Thursday as our furnace wasn’t working and the temperature in the house was 13 degrees. After the woman took my information she said she had no time line but assured me someone would call me the same day. I received no phone call, the temperature dipped to 6 degrees in our home. I received a text message the next morning saying someone could come by between 9-10 a.m. I politely declined. Terrible customer service, don’t offer 24 hour emergency service if you don’t even call back your customers and make them spend the night with no heat.
