Jeremy, at Alaskan Air has been taking care of my airconditioning/heating units for several years. He is professional, knows all aspects of the units, explains everything in a way a homeowner can understand and has always given great advice on how to prolong the life of the units. I would never go anywhere else—the entire staff is great and have been there for years-the true mark of a good company is how long people have worked there. I consider them friends that I can count on.

0 stars. The technician said my leaking AC was FOR SURE a clogged drain, charged me for it, then after clearing the drain told me that wasn’t the issue… He poked around in the vent, admitted he had no idea why it was leaking, then came back with a $2,700 estimate to clean the coil… But wait, that wasn’t enough - he got a sales guy, TIM, on the phone who tried to tell me I need to replace my whole system. When I told him I’m not committing to any more work and I will look into it, he asked me if there’s a man in my life who could help me make a decision! Really!! Actually dude, you might want to ask for someone LESS “mechanically minded” to agree to drop that much money on something without getting a second opinion. They kept my $279 to clear the drain even though that didn’t fix the issue, and said I’ll only get it back as a credit if I agree to let them do more work.
