Very dependable and helpful Quick response

I’ve been using Alatec in Fultondale for many years for my heat/air pump and furnace. I have a service contract with them as well as well as an air purifier. They contact me twice a year and come out to do maintenance. I’ve never had a problem with my unit and have been very pleased with them. I highly recommend them!

We have been using Alatec Heating and Cooling for years. For one price they come out twice a year to check the system as the seasons change. All the technicians have been polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We recently had our "Fall" visit to check out the heating system. Everything checked out but Brian did find a loose wire that could have potentially been a problem. If you are looking for a company to maintain your system, I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Alatech has been a great company to work with. I had my heat pump units installed 8 years ago. I have my maintenance check ups, but have never had a service call for something going wrong. I called with one issue recently and spoke with Shaun after a storm came through. He told me exactly what to do to get my unit going by checking circuit breakers . He saved me from having to spend money on service call just to have someone come and turn on breaker. They are very professional and respectful of you and your property. I feel they have a certain ethic that is missing in a lot of companies.

One of my HVAC units went out on Sunday which one of the hottest days this summer. I am a resident of Gardendale and Alatec Heating & Cooling called me back quickly even though it was on a Sunday. Andrew, Sean, Mike, and the other technicians were very helpful, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete. My new unit is working great with a ten year warranty and I really appreciate how Sean emailed me copies of my warranty registration and original work invoice that same day the crew completed the job even though it was after 5:00 p.m. I used Alatec Heating & Cooling to service my other unit last year and this company did a great job then. I used this company this year to replace my other unit and they did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future when needed!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
