Their technicians were courteous, experienced, and paid close attention to the details. Outstanding service from Cody! He answered all of our questions, installed an additional return and adjusted fan speed so a system poorly installed by the builder started cooling and dehumidifying the house so much better just a few minutes after he finished. We had an amazing experience with the staff of Climatemp Cooling and Heating in Summerdale. Stan, Robert and Bull went over and above on the removal of our old unit and installation of the new. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, answering all of our questions and taking the time to make sure everything worked perfectly before leaving our home. The administrative staff, Chesley, Christie and Michelle were amazing as well, working with us with on financing and paperwork and going over and above to make it all work. These guys were all top notch and we would highly recommend them! Great team!

Robert, Bull, and Cooper installed our new AC/Heat Pump unit today. They did a great job. I'm editing my review as a follow-up.I do believe our old system was bad and we needed a new one, but the tech who explained things was a little vague about the financing. We elected to do the financing with the no interest for 5 years. The paperwork ame from Wells Fargo and looked like a credit card application. I questioned the tech and talked to the office twice. All three times I was assured it was not a credit card. Two days ago I received a credit card in the mail from Wells Fargo. We feel like we were mislead and now we're stuck with the card and the financing. I'm editing my review, because they have listened to my frustrations about getting a credit card that I didn't want and canceled it. They let me pay the original quote. There aren't many companies any longer that will be this outstanding.
