The guys at Conlon heating and cooling were phenomenal. They were able to come out the same day and diagnose my problem, and we’re able to schedule me the same week to come back and take care of the problem. They did not try to sell me a new unit and they understood. I just wanted to maintain the unit that I have. They did not treat us like the big name companies in the area. Noah came out within hours of calling and quickly diagnosed a failed compressor. The initial response from the parts house claimed it was out of warranty despite being less than 5 years in service. Noah handled the back and forth and returned with a new compressor the next day. He communicated updates and worked around our scheduled to get it done. His team worked quickly and cleaned up everything before leaving. I prefer to support local small businesses and Conlon made that easy. They will be my only call in the future if needed. No complaints whatsoever.

We had a very pleasing outcome working with Conlon H&C. We awoke to a thermostat reading of 76 and an unresponsive A/C unit. We made the call at 8:00am expecting next day service at best. They happened to be in our area and was at our home within 30mins. They removed the cover of our unit to find a fried capacitor, probably due to excessive heat or spike in voltage. They procured the replacement and we had the A/C back on by 9:30am. They provided technical diagnosis, great value, and extremely professional. They came inside to ensure proper temperature and flow. Very refreshing experience, job well done Conlon A/C!
