Chris and his colleague did again an awesome job. Discovered evap coil replace had overheated braze and leak. Not done by res air. It is rare to find a super honest and highly skilled hvac pro, and was glad to have learned sbout chris from my neighbors. I will use him on both my houses. I've been using Chris' services for years and years. However much I hoped and prayed my AC would never break; it invariably would. Chris was always the first person I'd look for when it did. Prompt, polite and professional. Would really take the time to diagnose the issue properly and throughly, fair prices. When it came time to retire my ancient HVAC system recently, I knew who I needed to call. Got a great price, installers did a great job and worked hard all day to get it done. Will continue to get my business time'n'time again! Good job guys. Update 9/2/2026: had AC trouble today, without hesitation gave em a call. The gal who answered the phone was delightful and helpful, she even called later in the day to keep me apprised of the technicians estimated arrival. Which I felt was above and beyond, great customer service! Chris came to do the repair and was a true pro. Solved it quickly, shared the details and best practices/options for me. I trust him 1000%. Back up and running and could not be happier or more grateful for such great service. Customer for life!

We had been with the “BB” company for years and were even paying a membership fee every month. When we needed a mini split for a bonus room, they quoted us something very high, according to google, and that was after member savings. We called Residential Air and they gave us a more than fair quote and are doing the paperwork to get us a $800 rebate. They are really knowledgeable, polite, and honest service contractors. We were very happy and impressed with the job that they did. We have since cancelled our membership with the other company and will continue to use Residential Air. Highly recommend!!!

Residential Air's service techs quickly diagnosed the problem with my old unit and proceeded to make the repair. They were very friendly, and they thoroughly explained the problem and their repair activities. However, as it turned out, the freon leak repair on my old unit didn't hold, and Residential provided me with an expensive repair option on my 12-year old unit and two prices for replacement units. I chose to replace the unit, and, two days later, they had it installed. Residential Air quickly responds to a call for service, and they are very courteous and informative throughout the process. The techs answered all my questions without any hesitation and kept me advised as to what came next. I am very pleased with the service I received from Residential, and if I need HVAC service again, Residetial will get my first call.
