After replacing my unit, they had to be called back to replace the duct work that had visible holes in it. They want you to pay a yearly fee for them to give you priority service.

Steven was by far the best person I could have asked for to give my system a thorough check over. He showed me the areas of concern and explained why, along with how it affects the performance. When he was done the last performance check (imprisonment), he showed me the results. I now have the knowledge to do the typical tasks that should be done to ensure the system is doing the best work it can. My system is 18 years old and is still running ok. Steven also explained that I should be proactive with considering a new system. I look forward to working with them since I also purchased the membership plan.
