• Robert and his team went above and beyond in getting my HVAC system replaced. First, they did a very thorough heat load analysis to make sure I got a correctly sized unit. Then, they were the only company that noticed that my return air duct was too small. They came up with a clever solution that avoided major carpentry - and didn't even charge me extra to implement this solution. Also, they made the extra effort to ensure that my circuit breakers were rated appropriately to protect my new equipment. The team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

• If you want an overall great experience for a not so great event such as your AC needing to be repaired or replaced this is the company to call. I initially called another company for service and they canceled last minute on a weekend. I was recommended to call ACS and I was very pleased with the prompt response. • I was very pleased with the service I received from the company at the time my Central Unit went out of service on the coldest time of December before Christmas. • Trusted technicians who have provided over a decade of excellent service in two of our homes. Our first home within the first year, we had to replace both units and the air handlers. We were given a better understanding from ACS why our units were struggling based on the quality of our build of our home. They provided better air quality and price compared to other providers at that time. We had no more issues with our system from then on in that home. When we bought our second home, we knew we would have to completely gut and replace the whole system due to age and inefficiency. ACS helped us maintain our air handler which was having issues for two years before we were ready to replace everything. ACS made sure to construct a more efficient duct system. They corrected the temperature disparities in the house even with the rooms that have high ceilings and the rooms farthest away from the air handler. They were mindful of replacing the system during optimal weather for our indoor comfort when our system was down. Robert worked with us to receive TVA rebate to better afford our newest system and gave an option for cash discount. I can't say any other HVAC company here in Madison/Huntsville area has held my hand or had my best interest at heart as much as ACS. I continue to recommend them to friends and family. I can't say enough about their thoroughness to satisfy their customers who they treat like family.
