• Air Essentials is awesome! We’ve been in this house a long time, and they’ve done everything they could to keep our furnace & AC working for many years past what would be expected. Last week was all that the ol’ system had left in it. Chad considered what we would need; came up with a great system; and explained the details to us. He found a system that had really good current offers and incentives from the manufacturer. When we were ready, he and the crew got after it! New AC and furnace system install was pretty much done in half a day. AND IT IS SO QUIET! Works great, too. Love it! As they hauled off the old system, we noticed it was installed in 1990! 35 years was a good run. Looking forward to many, many good years of comfort from this new one. Thank you, Air Essentials!

• One of our Air Conditioning units went out and another was on the cusp of dying unable to cool our house. I worked thru a warranty company with the provided vendor and was not happy with the services offered. We ended up shopping around for alternatives and ended up going with Air Essentials and got 2 units installed and were extremely happy with the end result. Ended up getting 2 ionizers as well with the install and notice a difference in the air when we woke up this morning even after we have 4 hospital grade air purifiers already running but this seems to perform better. • I was very excited about this company. Very nice when they came to my house to inspect. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I was told I would get a quote the next day. I waited a month on a quote. I text twice to get the quote. I was told that they would get it to me ASAP both times. I never got it. I just needed my place fixed so I could get on with life. It would have been nice to know if they were too busy or weren’t able to schedule it yet, but there was no communication from their end. I had to do all the work to try to hire them. Very disappointed.

• I had a pipe burst, and the water went down the air registers. I called to have Air Essentials come out and check for damage to A/C system. First off they couldn't get out for almost a week. Then, on the day they were supposed to come out they "forgot" that I had a time slot awaiting a technician. They scheduled me for today, and just called at the end of the arrival window to inform me they could not come out again... Very unprofessional! I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

• I have been very pleased with Air Essentials. They replaced ductwork because of mold last year, regularly maintain my HVAC system and do occasional other work (dryer duct cleaning). They are not the cheapest, but they are by far the best I have found in my 20 years in Huntsville. This week, they did some work and unfortunately their truck leaked transmission fluid on my just-cleaned driveway. After I sent an email that evening, they were out the very next day and cleaned the oil. No complaining. No excuses. They just made it right; they care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for true professionals providing these services.
