I wished that I had a worm to choose from instead of stars, (they are underground instead of in the sky. )I first heard of this company from an instagram ad and I called, they had a special rate for a tune -up for the summer. I set an appointment, but there was a scheduling error, so my first appointment did not take place. I called back in and reset my appointment 2-3 weeks out due to the end of the school year and a previous traveling obligation. A few days prior to my appointment I had a reminder text so I was ready. I got off of work @ 12, got home about 12:15 and waited, no one should up it was about 2:30????? I called them to find out what happened this time….I was told that no one came to the door….thats when I found out that my doorbell was out of order…MY MISTAKE, I reschedule again and this time again I was ready, my appointment was between 11-2, so I was hoping that it would be after 12, but at 10:40ish my daughter calls and says that the a/c attendant was there…so wow he said he called and wanted to come earlier but there was no answer so he just came. Ok well finally my appointment, …no he said that he just needed to get to the ??? I’m not sure what he called it but it was a word that I had never heard of. While we were talking on the phone he said that it may be in the attic and some other stuff, again I was slightly confused so I said that I would not be able to get home until about 15-20 minutes but if it’s in the attic, which is in my garage will be kind of hard to get to due to boxes and storage. So the gentleman told me he would call the office and see if he could get my appointment delayed and come back, which would give me time to get home and get him access to the attic….long story short he had to go and I had to reschedule….so once I got home, I realized that he was speaking of the return unit/vent which is right in my hallway…I immediately called the office to see if we could still compete the appointment, long story short I had to reschedule again…..😑 ok so today was the day. Again I got home and waited…my appointment was 12-4, I fell asleep I then woke up to a text, from 2:52 stating that they were on the way….ok I looked at the time it was 3:44….ok something is not right. I called the office and I was told that the technician stated that he called and I did not answer my appointment was cancelled…So at this point I informed the receptionist that I’ve been home since 12 no one has come to my door at all, I have Poms, they always let me know if someone is at the door…this is ridiculous….THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS.

Not sure how good they are but these people do not appreciate the value of having an appointment. They have missed 2 of my appointments. Gave me a window between 4-6pm in two different days. I waited at home and nobody showed up. Only got a message around 6 that they are running late. Who has the time to wait around all day for you?

Garret came out to do an HVAC maintenance check for my AC that wasn’t cooling, and he was excellent! He was kind, informative and very thorough throughout the entire visit. He explained everything he was doing, from temperature checks to clearly describing the parts needed, why they were needed and what the do. Garret was very customer focused and detail oriented, which I truly appreciated. Eagle Pro was also very transparent about parts and labor costs, and I never felt pressured into signing a contract or committing to additional services. Overall, I had a great experience!
