Grant showed up and did a great job fixing the AC in the house and figured out what was wrong very fast

After the first great assessment. Scott and team came through!!! Knowledgeable, Safety was most important, Kept us in the loop during Replacement. Scott made sure to keep all doors and exterior gates closed through the process, entering and leaving everytime. He was aware how we love our animals, that was important to us. We had to leave the household during their installation hours. No lost animals. AC working great. THANK YOU SCOTT!!!

We had the best experience with Matt (in the office), Austin and Grant. They had our 26yr old AC up and running again in no time. There was no pressure to buy or replace it. In fact, I was the one who enquired, to which we were told if we replaced it we could apply the total amount we just paid toward a new system. However, since it was purring along just fine, we decided to stay with the status quo. But when the time does come for replacement we definitely will be reaching out to them again. They also did a full maintenance check. They're so professional, efficient and just the nicest guys. Thanks Alta Air. You're the best!!!

My AC started freezing up on the hottest day of the year, of course. I called Alta Air and had an assessment scheduled which they managed to do that very afternoon. Ray went over all my options and explained the benefits. I called back the next day to schedule a full replacement of my 20 year old system and they came the next day. The installers Scott and Kyler did a fantastic job. Aside from a very understandable amount of noise, I hardly knew they were here. They finished up and showed me the maintenance points I might need to know, and always had informative answers to my questions. I don't anticipate needing to call anyone again soon about my HVAC unit, but if I do I'm glad to get back with Alta Air. Thanks, guys! It feels great in here now!

Matt came by on Wednesday and provided me with options for new systems. Decision was made and Scott and Kyler installed the new system on Friday. Alta Air is a great company to work with.
