The tech Rob Scott has been troubleshooting my upstairs AC system that has lost cooling capacity. He has been very thorough in his approach to troubleshooting the system. He has verified that the evaporating and condensing coils are working correctly with the right amount of refrigerant in the system. He has looked at the ductwork, checked pressure drops across the evaporator coil and has worked to address some obvious issues with deducting. During this process, he has kept me informed of the work that he was doing. While the problem has not been completely solved. Progress has been made. I will continue to use him and his company for my AC and heating needs.
