We truly cannot say enough good things about American Home Water & Air! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. We’re on well water and needed a high-quality filtration system that could handle our specific water conditions. After speaking with multiple water companies, the difference was clear. We had Mario and Zach out here today for a water softener and RO install. They were friendly and professional and did a really great job putting the system in and answering questions we had. I was particularly impressed with Mario’s fitting of the copper pipes. I would very much recommend them.

We bought a water heater just over a year ago. The water heater’s pilot would not stay on. When they came to repair it, they said we needed a new one. Since it was over a year old, we had to pay for the installation. I have never had a water heater fail so soon, and I have a company that doesn't stand behind what they sell.

The American home water team was terrific The technician Trey took total ownership of the problem. He was thorough and dedicated to getting to the root cause. Then once he had gone as far in diagnosing and repairing as he could he set up the follow-up appointment for the next day to be sure the job was completed and we were back online. The team that came out the following day was also extremely efficient. Angel & Luis again checked every angle of the job when completed to be sure we were completely up and running. Not only was the work terrific by all involved but they made sure to clean the work area when they were done. I would highly recommend American Water Air & Home.

Update: I got a new A/C from them as well. They were great throughout the process. No pressure sales and answered all my questions (I had a lot). Happy with the outcome. I have used their services for 3 separate items (2 air check ups and 1 water softener install) over the last few years. Each time they have been efficient and very helpful. As someone who tends to ask a lot of questions, I appreciate that they answer each one and the work they perform has been great.

They've installed equipment, maintained it, and continue to be prompt, professional, and provide the highest quality of work. I am so grateful for all their services. Update - now I subscribe to their yearly service plan and enjoy the peace of mind knowing that my heater is being maintained and will be serviced to prevent leaks! 2026 Update - while Fidel was here servicing my water heater he diagnosed a problem I've had with a very old water softener. I had forgotten to ask! He just had time while waiting for his procedure to do it, and did it as a kindness. I now know my options so another item is off the to do list. Fantastic service. Update a week later - I had my water softener replaced a week later and the gentlmen that came to ireplace the old one were in and out within an hour, had the new one set exactly as the first, and told me all I need to know. Great service and the old one they installed lasted 15 years processing this hard water in Phoenix so it had a great run.
