• We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team. The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house. The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done. They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat. We are very happy with how everything was handled by Fred Russo and his team from start to finish and plan to highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone who is considering the installation of a new A/C system.

• I recently called AZ Perfect Comfort—the company that originally installed my AC unit—because it stopped working. The technician claimed the issue was related to a white thermostat wire. When the AC failed again a week later, I called them back, but they couldn't send anyone until the following day. Instead, I called another company, which arrived within 30 minutes and identified that the actual issue was a faulty thermostat. They confirmed the "white wire" AZ Perfect Comfort had pointed to wasn't even connected to anything. I am relieved I didn't pay AZ Perfect Comfort $240 to "fix" a non-existent problem. When I requested a refund for their $99.95 diagnostic fee, they refused, so I have disputed the charge with my bank. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

• In a state where it feels like the devil continually blows air in your face 3 months out the year. I thank this AC Company SO MUCH for their quick response and service this evening… Our technician, Garret was pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and super nice! He answered all of our questions and went out and got the job done. This is the company you want servicing your AC, repairing your AC and making sure your AC is running the most efficient way it can for these hot summer months!! • ...May, 2026 “New Review” We’ve had AZ Perfect Comfort servicing our AC/Electric Furnace system for approximately 3+ years. Over the 14 years we’ve had this system, we feel they are the only company that serviced our units properly. During our spring service, they found our AC Compressor’s 1st stage system was no longer working. We made the decision to replace both units and upgrade to a more efficient American Standard system. It was an excellent installation performed by Will and Kyle. Then Andrew installed the new heat strips for the electric furnace unit, and we were given the opportunity to ask many questions about how the new units would work more efficiently. Needless to say, the new AC works amazing with no issues. The employees at AZ Perfect Comfort are outstanding and always make certain the work performed is completed to our satisfaction. "Old review from 2 years ago" -- We have had very good service from several of the A/C Technicians with this company. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The servicing of our A/C unit and Furnace has always been done without any issues. They do not pressure you to purchase something unnecessary - they simply advise and leave it up to the customer as to what they choose to have done.
