• After a recommendation of a good friend, we reached out to Biltmore Mechanical to see if we could get a second opinion on our AC unit that stopped working abruptly! They came out the same day to just look at the unit and automatically found a leak that was causing our AC to not work. They were able to give us a few quotes so we could choose what we wanted to do at this point. They were extremely kind and worked very hard in the AZ summer heat to fix this leak within a few hours! • Poor communication. Good service once they got here. A trip fee is completely understandable, but failing to communicate that there is one when talking over the phone then dropping a $90 charge in your customer’s lap is a problem. And this is after I specifically told you guys the problem I was having (fried indoor blower motor). Christian brothers had better pricing options anyways. They offered me a whole maintenance plan (which included multiple free checkups throughout the year) that also includes the labor I need done for slightly less than the estimate I was given here. Oh, and they came out to check on my unit and give an estimate for free.

• Our 14 year old York heat pump / air conditioner was running but seemed like it wasn't putting out as much cold air as normal. I also had condensation water collecting in the compressor section. I texted David in the morning and he came to the house about 12:30 p.m. the same day. He hooked up his gauges and determined that all the numbers were good. He also checked volts / amps / capacitor, etc. - also all good. He indicated that the condensation water in the compressor section was normal for humid conditions and that it was nothing to be concerned about. He concluded that the unit was in good operating condition and that there was nothing to be done. I appreciated his friendliness, good attitude and honesty - he's a hard working guy. He made no effort to sell unneeded equipment or services and was reasonable in his billing. I'll be using David again in the future.

• Thank you David for resolving our AC problem. After few months, our new system started to blow warm air during hot hours. Original company that installed my condenser wanted to replace perfectly functioning compressor and charge me about thousand $, I was very upset because “We just got a new system few months ago ! “ It didn’t feel right so I called manufacturer and they sent me list of authorized dealers to get second opinion.
