• Victor from Champion Air was kind, professional and efficient. He worked hard to get my unit up and cooling my house again. He quickly diagnosed a weird issue on my 3 year old unit that was already having a freon leak, even though it ran perfectly for 2 years. Prior to this issue, I had a tech perform maintenance on the unit in April with a clean bill of health. Then 2 months later in June, a capacitor went out and was quickly replaced. Now two months later, I'm having this issue with a freon leak, but Victor repaired it and gave me a discount which made me happier. I will request Victor whenever I need maintenance. Thanks for restoring my trust as a women that knows nothing about HVAC services. Thanks again, Victor. I hope I don't see you for 6 months. 😂

• So sad. The techs were awesome, but the office staff very mean almost like they cant stand their job. Liz especially, how can you tell a customer that they are the only one with the issue and that the company will not go out to resolve the issue? We have had the new unit 2 weeks and it started rt away! Also if the tech were experienced they would of caught the issue right away! Now I have a fight on my hands after spending over 14K on the unit!

• Although the technician that came out was professional, we were told our unit couldn’t be cleaned ( without some construction to get to the unit), and that a new system would be best at $15,000. Reliable Air came out and had our unit cleaned ( no construction needed) , in an hour and a half and had our AC running for well under $1000. He even went on the roof to make sure our AC levels were where they were supposed to be. This makes me question your practice and I won’t be recommending your company.
