• My a/c went completely dead 4th of July weekend. Tom took my call just before 5pm and fit me in right away with out charging me after hours fee. The AC unit is 20 years old and he could've taken one look at it and walked away saying I need a new one. But even though it was about 110°F out that day and 97 in the house he took two hours to troubleshoot wiring inside the exterior unit, the fuse box, in the control box in the house and even went up into the attic. He is a true miracle worker, got it running again! He is determined and knowledgeable, and also a super nice and cool guy (no pun intended haha). He had with replacement parts with him and arrived in a company van clearly marked with his business name. I like that text communication with his company was clear throughout and he could take credit card payment on the spot. Highly recommend. Call Tom first before anyone else!

• My AC unit stopped working in the middle of the day (on a record breaking day of course) while me & my husband were both at work & our kids were at school. We came home to what felt like a sauna. We called multiple AC companies, none of which were able to fit us into their schedule until the following day & some companies couldn’t get to us for 2-3 days afterwards. A friend of my husband suggested AZ trusted air & even though they had a busy schedule, they promised they would at least take a look at our unit. They offered to put us up in a hotel if they weren’t able to fix the issue but luckily that wasn’t necessary. I cannot thank you enough Tom for you & your amazing team. • I recommended this company based on reviews experience within my family. My brother had two air-conditioning units put in to his home by Tom and he was very satisfied. He was the one who recommended that we call Tom when my daughter had her unit break down and all the AC guys she called were charging outrageous labor costs to fix it. Tom came out and installed a new motor and capacitor for my daughter and did a phenomenal job! He communicated with her so she knew exactly what was happening and he came out within a couple of days of a very busy season for him. He did a wonderful job. He even took the time to go through the house and help explained to my daughter where she could save extra money on her cooling. He’s definitely our family’s go to guy for any AC problems!! • Its 2 AM and our AC went out. Tom was very effective, getting on my roof and checking everything and keeping me informed all by 3:00 AM . He got some parts and got to work. The fast paced and knowledgeable work is well worth his prices. If your looking for the best in the value and someone you can TRUST, this is the guy . • I almost never write a review on or about anything, if that doesn't tell you something all in it's self, lol My air went out prob 15 min before I had to leave for work , so needless to say I came home to an oven ! I called AZ Trusted Air on a whim after googling and thank God! I guess my freon had leaked out an of course just my luck it required a special freon that is almost impossible to get , to my amazement they had it and it was affordable.
