Reasonable rates (I had received a higher quote from another company for the water pressure and water heater valves replacements) and their technicians are knowledgeable, reliable and polite. • Addendum: Since my last review I have needed an AC repair, circuit breaker work and new smoke alarms installed. I was so pleased with my first service call and Seth, I did not expect to get ALL excellent techs! I have worked with 3 different technicians and electricians - Paul, Francisco and one whose name has escaped me. All three have been extremely knowledgeable and polite. They have done great work. Since I have been in and out of the hospital 8 times in the past year, my small house is not very organized and orderly - yet these experts work around it, with a good attitude. (I am embarrassed at the disorder!) I highly recommend Any Hour Services! Sometimes dealing with techs/repair people can be difficult. Seth, the tech that rejuvenated my circuit breaker panel was one of the best. He went above and beyond the repairs and was friendly, courteous, and empathetic. I would call on him any day. He even showed me how an outlet works on the inside! Selena and another woman I spoke to at their office were super and attempted to make me feel better after oversleeping my appointment time! Great company and I highly recommend Seth (the best) and Any Hour!

• We've had excellent service from AnyHour/ACbyJ. We had our routine maintenance done by Kevin W. He was both professional and friendly, he alerted us to an issue which we had him address. He gave us several options of how to proceed with what each would cost. He also had pictures of the bacteria that the Trane had accumulated on the blower motor housing. We then scheduled with Lisa for the next day to have techs come out and clean and housing and components and have the ductwork cleaned. Umar was the tech who performed this work with excellent results. He was also professional and friendly. Both Kevin and Umar had pictures of what they had found while they performed their work. Umar showed us what it looked like before & after it was cleaned.

• A 2 is the best I can do. They started with a five. Great communication. Easy to book. $29 fee communicated right up front while booking. First tech is rerouted for a 2nd tech who could better assess my situation. First tech was supposed to come at 8, 2nd tech didn't arrive till after 11. Litzy, who responds to text inquires, explained this as if it was common knowledge. Then when I expressed frustration with the delay, Litzy responded with a paragraph expressing no empathy for my concerns, and "we'll be there within the scheduled time frame". If my house wouldn't have been 90 degrees on the inside, I would've canceled then. The tech that did show up was very nice and quoted me $863 for a repair that includes a $3 -8 capacitor and some wires to hook it up. $863?!?! I explained to him I would not pay that and thanked him for his time with a bottle of water. I then payed the $59 (apparently not $29) fee for him coming to take alook. I feel hoodwinked and bamboozled and am concerned for and questions the judgement for anyone that uses this company. They are clearly taking advantage of the situation and should be ashamed.

• Undisclosed visit fee added at the end with awkward authorizations on an ipad. Subcontracted to some other company called AC by J that gave me an estimate that was $3,500+ MORE than two other competitors. Price gouging at an unethical level. The guy should have just not even quoted the repair if he didn't want the work. Can't score them low enough with a zero. Waste of everyone's time to send companies out like this.
