He is the most knowledgeable person and always is thorough and systematic in his assessments, analysis, and implementation of solutions. He is also most professional and personable. For me, he is AMHAC most valuable person. Excellent annual service visit. 6/4/2025: Chris and Willy did an excellent job servicing my two A/C condensers and air handlers. They proceed sequentially with focus through each maintenance step. They replaced a resister on one condenser when it tested poorly. When all check were completed they ran the units to endure that they ran properly. Chris and Willy are very competent, personable and friendly. The service call was a pleasure. 10/29/2025 Demetrius has maintained the boiler over several years. He is most personal and professional. He models technical expertise and customer service. Demetrius with his assistant, David, did an annual boiler checkup. He did his usual excellent, systematic and total review of the system including checking 4 thermostats across three floors. Demetrius also shows his technical expertise in training his assistant with every detail. We have complete confidence in his knowledge and service. 5/13/2026 Jamal did excellent work in reinstalling the A/C drain pump on an air handler. He had to updrade to PVC piping, move the drain pump to a better location, and carefully test the functioning of the whole sydtem. Jamal is an HVAC professional dedicated to ensuring that all works properly. He is friendly and attentive to the client’s wishes. Great job! 9/23/26 Demetrius did an excellent job providing the annual maintenance of our boiler. He is a consummate professional and also demonstrates proper procedure to associates he is training. As he has done for years, he systematically checks everything and tests out that each heating zone and thermostat is working properly. He always answers my questions. I am confident that my heating system will function as it should when he maintains it. 5 STARS for excellence!

Mohan was incredibly creative in figuring out how to arrange the new AC coil above our existing furnace and a new Carrier two-speed compressor.
