I can always count on Arndt to save the day My furnace wasn't working and the nights were getting colder. I stopped by their new office and was so happy to get an appointment that same afternoon. We had a wonderful experience with Arndt Heating and Cooling. They were honest, knowledgeable and communicated well from start to finish. The work was excellent and cost was fair. Jasen explained the work clearly. We had an old oil tank removed. Our home is small and the tank was cut to remove and the basement was left very tidy when the work was done. We needed this work done quickly to accommodate other renovation in progress. He responded quickly so that our other job had no delays. We also needed advice on heating and cooling for future renovation. With our budget in mind Jasen offered options to meet our needs now and in the future. We will definitely use Arndt Heating and Cooling for our next home improvement.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Arndt hearing and cooling. Everyone there is super helpful and supportive. They installed 2 mini splits for our upstairs earlier this year and did a fabulous job! Last week our downstairs AC unit was not performing properly, so we called Arndt and they were out the next day. Fantastic company!!! Been an Arndt household through 2 houses. They always come through, they come when we have urgent furnace issues, and their prices are competitive to any other HVAC service providers. Friday night I had my water heater suddenly leak all over the basement floor, they were there on Saturday to install a brand new tank and register the warranty. They have also saved us when we lost heat during the coldest part of a Rochester winter. Why I always call them is the extremely reliable and friendly service. Highly recommend this locally-owned and extremely professional family business.

We made calls to multiple services, not only did Dalton reply promptly but they immediately recognized the model of our furnace, they found the issue after a short while and got the heat running while they made a trip to get the needed part. They explained everything so I could understaned, a tripped resistor, and things I could do going forward to make the furnace run more dependably. Very friendly, they took the extra step of making recommendations and suggestions so the furnace didn't have to work as hard. Darron Dalton and his tech Steve really did a great job, thank you both!

Great. I haven't had my boiler serviced in a long time. Zack arrived on time and explained what needed to be done besides the regular maintenance. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Recently, when my CO detector went off, they came out immediately, put my mind at ease, and did a thorough inspection. In need of trouble shooting on a hot water heating after losing hot water. Called one day and Zac came out the next, serviced both furnace and water heater. Watched the Super Bowl went to bed and all was right with the world. Daughter woke us up at 230 and we realized furnace had gone out. We tried three other companies with no answer, left messages no callback. Talked to a lovely young lady who listened and said earliest they had was noon so we took it. Zach came out was very courtesy and even listened to me ramble about my story of troubleshooting with AI. Zach quickly found the issue that the computer couldnt and had our heat back on in no time. Explained issue, why it happened and what needed to be done. Awesome experience and would recommend.
