• Armstrong tech broke our compressor even after we cancelled our maintenance request at the Pohlig Box Factory and has continuously told us they were gonna send a technician to our unit but we are going on 12 days without AC going into a heat wave, so make it make sense. Update: Technician finally came after 12 days, charged the unit, left without telling anyone anything about what had been done. AC is still currently not working. Update 2: Close to three weeks now with no AC, tech came and told us it’s the pumps outside the building and that they don’t work on them, EMC came out said nothing was wrong with the outside pumps and now Armstrong is sending their 7th tech to the exact same unit. Good work guys :)
