Our assigned technician, Jake, was excellent! He contacted us to let us know he would be able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He was so polite and considerate entering our home. He was able to quickly find the cause of the problem in the attic and pointed us in the correct direction to remedy the situation! He was well versed in his trade and very respectful of our home.

We are quite happy with our air conditioner system from Bradley Mechanical. Dakota and Josh arrived on time and proceeded to explain what they would be doing to provide our scheduled maintenance. They were very polite and respectful of our property. When they had finished their work they took the time to answer any questions that we had. Good job guys!

Called Bradley to replace a pitted gas line in my crawlspace. I was informed they would relight my fireplace and water heater pilot lights after complete. The rep was unable to relight my gas logs and told me the spark isn’t big enough to ignite the gas, and that I would need to order a replacement part. He also advised due to the age, repairs likely won’t be possible and that a new gas log insert will likely be needed. My fireplace has been left in shambles leaving me with a new issue that wasn’t a problem before they worked at my house. I contacted them both via email and phone over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything back. Extremely disappointed with this service.

Luke was a terrific tech. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Only issue was Bradely's billing system. It was set up to make me think that the parts were under warranty when they were not. No follow up confirmation when they would complete the job since I needed a new circuit board and the whole system was down pending that replacement.
