We also offer duct cleaning, air conditioning system installation, furnace installation, water heater service and installation, sump pump repair and replacement, drain cleaning, hydrojetting, ductless split systems, heat pumps, and more. More than 95% of the time we can repair or replace your system the same day without any after-hours or overtime service fees. We’ll give you a two-hour window for your appointment. If we miss your scheduled service time, the appointment is free.

• Adam Lechler did my annual heat system inspection. This is a hybrid system with a primary heat pump, and a secondary gas backup for outdoor temperatures below freezing. This system has worked well for the two years it has been in service. Note that recent advances in heat pumps support outdoor temperatures well below freezing. The heat pump works especially well as an air conditioner in summer. I thought Adam was great, very personable and very thorough. He was busy for an hour and a half. Expect product or service recommendations from each such visit. They are not intrusive and have led to some significant improvements to this house’s infrastructure.
