The technician, Fred was friendly and professional. Explained step by step the problem with our AC, and helped us understand all points of the diagnosis. The short of it is we had a jaw dropping experience of satisfaction provided through Bexley Heating & Cooling Co., and conclude they are a 5 star company. In addition I want to say another company had told us there was no way to fix our AC without completely replacing our entire system. We felt total discomfort in that companies recommended solution and felt like it was a sales pitch. After pacing the floor wringing our hands and uneasiness of mind, we refused to settle on what they said. Again I reiterate I am thankful that Bexley Heating & Cooling, came to our mind. We repeated to the technician several times, it was like Bexley Heating & Cooling, had sent us an angel from heaven. The igniter was replaced but I didn't get an itemized invoice outlining cost and labor. My technician was here less than a hour. I researched the cost of the igniter. I paid over $346 in labor?! Thanks to my furnace going out on the coldest day of the year! I have a lot of other work to be done but I will find a different company
