Tim at Comfort Crew went above and beyond. My furnace wouldn’t start, and another company said the heat exchanger was damaged and pushed a full replacement—even with photos. I got several quotes before calling Comfort Crew. When Tim arrived, he didn’t jump straight to a quote. He checked the furnace himself and found the heat exchanger was fine—the draft inducer had failed. He said the unit still had good life left, replaced the part the next day, and got heat back on. Honest diagnosis, fair price, and real expertise. I’ll use Comfort Crew again and recommend them to anyone who wants an HVAC company they can trust.

Mike on the Comfort Crew is an awesome guy. He's always helpful and really knows his stuff. He's been to my house for two separate issues and fixed both things quickly. Highly recommend these guys.

In a crunch, found on Yelp - picked due to fast response time and family owned/operated and nearby. Was not disappointed! Fast friendly service on phone with up front detail pricing on emergency/after hours service. Clear quick communication via email and text. Jordan arrived actually a little early and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and got our AC back running! Glad it was a quick solve and the quick response!! Thank you!!!

Most people when writing a review usually do so to complain about something going wrong. But I am here to talk about how for once, everything went right. Tim and comfort crew are exactly what a maintence person should be. He was helpful, explained the problem in a way I could understand and repaired the HVAC quickly and affordably. Our problem was a faulty HVAC fan motor, and Tim ordered the part the next day and had it fixed shortly after. He also gave some helpful advice about HVAC systems as well. Comfort crew will now be my first and only call when it comes maintenance.

Tim the owner of Comfort Crew came out to give me a second opinion after another company said I needed a new furnace after less than 10 minutes of diagnosing the problem. Tim shared with me he could fix it and in less than 45 minutes he had it running. I needed a new thermostat because the old one was shorted out from an electrical surge. Tim showed me which one to order on Amazon because I told him I could install it myself, which saved me $300. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and I will be using Comfort Crew for any future needs. 10/10

You're heard the story before, AC goes out and you need someone to replace it. I got five different quotes to replace our 30 year old system and Tim and Comfort Crew were the last ones to come through my place. At this point, I was loaded up with about 30 questions from sales pitches that I heard before. Tim answered every one and let me know that most of the things in the sales pitches were just standard and code. He has been in the business a long time and I appreciated the directness of what they offered versus the other guys. Price for new Lennox system was very reasonable and cheaper than what I got from the other four sales pitches. To top it off, a no strings attached 10-year parts AND labor warranty really sealed the deal. Install day was great. They were done in about 6 hours. TC Sebastian and his crew were very knowledgeable. Everything looks great and runs well. I got my new thermostat up and running and it showed 90 in the house. When we went to bed, the new system had gotten us down to 76 (and down to 72 overnight). Life is just better now.

They were selected through a warranty claim, they called us right away, a tech was out within an hour, and they did a major system replacement within the next business day (Friday-Monday). The tech fixed everything and we were back up and running in a timely manner!

Tim came out this evening and saved my family (not kidding) $18,000. We were told by two competitors that we needed a full HVAC replacement.
