Thank you to DRS Heating. My hot water system died while I was on vacation. DRS found me a replacement in 24 hrs and helped me get financing to pay for it. Then Brian and Ethan installed it in a few hours and we’ve been good ever since. Very professional and answered every question I had. I’d use these guys again in a second.

Our experience with DRS was outstanding. We called them after receiving two other super-inflated quotes from other companies, one of whom had serviced our house for many years. One company suggested we spend $17,000 on an entirely new heat pump and the other company initially recommended a $5000 repair (they thought it was risky and might not work, so then they also recommended a completely new heat pump). DRS were able to order and install a small but damaged part for our heat pump within a short period of time, for less than half of what the other company quoted in repair costs. We are grateful that our air-conditioning is again working and that we were able to spend a much more reasonable amount. We will definitely be using them in the future for our maintenance and other major repairs!

DRS Heating & Cooling is an exceptional company!!! I recently had an issue with my very old/original unit ( almost 30 yrs) late in the day. I spoke with Daniel who had someone out early the next morning. Brian came out and immediately got to work on determining the issue. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. We also spoke with Daniel on options. There was never any pressure or upsell on anything! I received quotes and options with very reasonable pricing and I choose to have my HVAC system replaced, given my furnace is also old/original. Daniel had me scheduled early the next week. Brian Reisling was the lead installer and he and Cameron Swallow were fantastic from start to finish. They made the process seamless! Brian was great in walking me through the new system and answering all my questions. He ran several tests to make sure the system was working perfectly, including the furnace! He also installed a new thermostat and made sure I knew how to set everything for both units. Brian and Cameron were meticulous in making sure everything was cleaned up both inside and outside as well. I will never use anyone other then DRS Heating & Cooling and will gladly recommend them to anyone. Their professionalism, knowledge and customer service are second to none!

Absolutely top flight! I first had the privilege of speaking with owner Dan, who actually answered my questions instead of insisting on sending out a technician. He also quoted me a price for a new thermostat, again without sending out a technician as another company had insisted. I was so pleased with the price, answers and professional treatment I received I decided to have his installer replace the thermostat. Installer Tim was fantastic, and everything completed in well under an hour. I really don't know how this company's service could have been better! Finally, I was delighted it was no problem for them to travel to Galena, where I live. I now have a go-to place for any heating and cooling repair needs.

The owner Daniel listened to my explanation of issues going on, gave me reasonable solutions and had a crew there within the week to replace my aging heating unit.
