• As always, Legacy delivers! AC was not cooling as it should. Called Monday and scheduled for Friday. Within Monday they managed to rearrange schedules and stopped by Tuesday afternoon. Diagnosed the issue in about 30min and after a thorough explanation of some part issues only charged for additional refrigerant. AC is working like new!

• I wouldn’t use this company. I just went behind them to a house in Columbus. They told the customer they needed a new unit and in reality he just needed a breaker. I replaced it and saved him the 12 grand legacy was pushing for a new system. Also they told him he’d have to get a furnace with the new air conditioner which also isn’t true. They make the board for the new refrigerant systems to fit with the old furnaces. This company either lacks knowledge or morals

• I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT, CHRIS, JAMES AND MARQUISE. I am a single mom of two kids. Waking up with no heat is an absolute nightmare. I text Chris and he was here in a few hours. He gave me multiple options but replacing was the best. I was able to finance the furnace and ac unit ( the financing company was a breeze too) and literally 48 hours later I had a new furnace and ac unit WHILE I WAS AT WORK AS A NURSE. All of this and when I got home there were NO SIGNS any one being in my home except it was warm and cozy. The equipment! I have no idea about HVAC, I fix humans. Chris didn’t push me to get the most expensive or best of the best. He got me what I needed at a price I could mange on a one income budget. Everything is shiny and beautiful. I cannot even hear my furnace running! I won’t need legacy for a while now, but there’s no question who my life long HVAC guy is. Not to mention Chris is a God fearing man with a beautiful wife and kiddos to boot. I will always support this small business and the people that work here!
