  • I recently bought a property that already had Dor Mar air conditioning units installed (from a brand new renovation). Within the first month, I learn that both of these machines were broken and not set up correct. After calling this company it was explained to me that someone would come out to the property. After that technician did, I did not hear from them on what the exact problem was and I got no update telling me if it was fixed or not. After learning that the issue wasn’t even worked on Dor Mar told me they couldn’t get a field tech out for another week or so meaning I had to quickly call another company to come and fix this issue (which they did). I needed this done asap due to a tenant occupying the property that they threatened to leave if not fixed. After calling Dor Mar and asking if they were willing to make up for this issue I have not heard from a manager or higher up here. I have called countless times looking to speak with anyone who isn’t their dedicated answer system or a front desk person. I have also emailed multiple times and have not heard back. This has been extremely frustrating and has cost me thousands of dollars in repairs.

  • Paid $2400 for a job that was done by an handyman. Handyman charged $650. / Columbia gas said new furnace line was checked and approved. Handyman not certified by city. Had to find someone who could request permit. This company came , mind you everything was already done.replaced 2 or 3 panels , done that to make sure all was well and charged $2,400 for a job already done. Just for the permit. Word to the wise

  • Very friendly, worked till the job was done. Thank you!!!

    Christina T.

  • Dave was extremely thorough

  • Came in for a routine AC maintenance call. For no reason, the technician decided to take apart the entire furnace and then claimed there was a leak in the heat exchanger after supposedly seeing a microscopic scratch. He didn’t perform any other inspections to verify whether there was actually a leak. When asked to leave the home, he refused and threatened to call the gas company to shut off my gas. How can you declare that there’s a crack without actually removing the part or performing any proper inspection? Obviously there was nothing wrong, but they get paid to sell, so the technician is incentivized to lie. I’ve been trying to reach someone at the company for months with no luck.
